The recommended cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Sondex by Drilling and Wireline Solutions Limited (“DWSL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Electric Company: Results of Court Meeting and EGM.

The Board of Directors of Sondex plc, a leading supplier of downhole technology to the oil and gas industry, has received an acquisition offer from GE Energy, Sondex Chief Executive Martin Perry announced today.

Sondex is pleased to announce that we are now offering our DECT tubular cutting tool as a service option.

Sondex, which holds its AGM today at 11.00, is publishing its first Interim Management Statement as required by the revised Listing Authority disclosure rules.
